Turning department
Our turning department features multi-axis CNC turning centers that produce turning and milling operations without multiple setups.
Turning processes are carried out on lathe machines. All of our production equipment is CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) and vary in number of axes. The higher the number of axes the lathe has the more complex parts can be manufactured on one machine. Our lathes are capable of machining simple to complex round parts and can do milling operations as well as drill holes on or off center.
Our machines feature rotating tools, automatic bar feeders and parts conveyors, reducing cost and manufacturing time.
We have capabilities of turning up to 230mm diameters (70mm from bar) and 500mm long with tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm
